Deem - Product Design Director

  • Helped grow, lead, and mentor an international group of designers, researchers, and UX writer, cultivating a team culture around honesty, psychological safety, experimentation, and learning.

  • Led and managed designers, research, prototyping, and strategy for high-priority projects and initiatives, including:

    • Redesign of Deem’s corporate travel app, Etta, to accommodate white-labeling and full rebrand. Learn more

  • Spearheaded the design, research, and strategy for multiple enterprise mobile and web commerce applications, enabling independent stylists to run their businesses with order management, CRM, reporting, social marketing, and integrated payment transactions.

Thirty-One - UX/UI Design Lead

  • Designed Thirty-One’s first mobile business management app for iOS and Android, enabling their 130,000 active consultants to run their businesses on the go.

  • Redesigned the Thirty-One web application, Party Plan, including order management, product configuration, CRM, e-commerce, marketing, and reporting.

  • Identified and redesigned broken sign up and on-boarding funnels that were contributing to lost ad spend.

  • Raised funding, designed, and managed development of an iPad-based multi-cart commerce tool for the direct selling industry, including product catalog, payment processing, and social marketing.
