Responsibilities
Lead and manage discovery, project planning, design research, and brainstorming
Lead and manage UX Design for native and responsive web products - deliverables include user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, interaction and features specifications, prototypes
Interface Design for native and responsive web products - deliverables include visual style guides, design systems, UI kits, design mockups
Keep key stakeholders aware of design strategy, processes, and team progress
Embed relative frameworks and practices into design processes
Pursue the best possible solutions with an understanding of project and technology limitations
Accurately estimate level of effort and time required to complete design tasks
Define and design initial UX and UI systems and oversee Designers in expanding on those designs into final mockups and revisions
Infuse urgency in a fast-paced environment to ensure projects are progressing
Provide oversight, direction, and critique work of designers
Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to designers
Evaluate and report on the capabilities of designers
Present work from a strategic/conceptual and technical/executive level
Remain flexible and work on a variety of project and tasks
Uphold a high level of design quality with all work we create
Maintain design documentation
Contribute to the design org goals, principles, and processes
Contribute to the PED org and company culture
Take ownership of outcomes and be responsible for self and team management
Motivate others, provide servant leadership, and collaborate to achieve team and company success
